I signed up on signupgenius a couple of weeks ago and I have been looking forward to Q’ing at the new Kannon AO. I missed the AO launch last month and I wanted to support Kannon as a representative from the Tradition AO.

We arrived at the Kannon at 6.45am and I was pleasantly surprised to see 5 or 6 Pax already there stretching. More Pax joined us and the final number was 33 which included 4 FNGs (Ragnor, Wad, Pacman and another FNG to be named next time)

A few of us from Tradition clown car-ed with some Pax from The Precinct to the Kannon AO. We had a warm and moist drive back with 4 of us in the backseat. Oh, yeah. Literally, we got very close with some personal Second F experiences and aromas.

I scouted out the area through the wonders of the Google Maps Machine. After a brief welcome and disclaimer we moseyed to the center of the semi-circle field behind The Murdock Research Center where we planted the shovel flags for some Warmorama and then we were off to the races.

Great work by all the Pax especially the FNGs. Fantastic to see F3 expanding in Kannapollis to provide an awesome network for us Sad Clowns. A big Thanks to @firechicken for carrying the torch. It was an honor for me to Q this morning. I hope you got your money’s worth and if not you can see @firechicken for refunds. This is Guinness over and out. God bless you! See you in the gloom! Aye!
